Service Technician Training Day for Warewashing: August 2024
The Service Technician Training Day for Warewashing held in September 2023 was a success. Following recent discussions and collated feedback received from attendees, the FEA are pleased to announce that we will hold a second Service Technician Training Day for Warewashing on Thursday, 8th August 2024 at Parts Town UK in Cannock.
Warewashing Suppliers and related companies are invited to provide content tailored to a group of 60 foodservice equipment service managers and service technicians.
The event will combine small training sessions with practical 'hands-on' product training, interspersed with topical speakers for the whole group. During the day you will cover service and maintenance hints and tips; what to watch out for, common diagnosis issues, and prevalent faults that occur through lack of maintenance. The aim is to provide service technicians with in-depth product knowledge and insight to aid them in their daily roles which can be shared with their teams and colleagues. Delegates will also be provided with valuable updates to electrical wiring regulations, water regulations, waste water plus training in water treatment.

• Face-to-face engagement with service technicians to educate and inform. Content may help in the reduction in warranty calls and improve the perceived reliability of the product in the marketplace.

The cost for supplier companies is £500 plus VAT.
