Tabletop Trends: LET Forum 2025 Star products
So, which of the new launches and highlighted gadgets at the LET Forum were the stars of ’25? What created the buzz? Which will be on chefs’ shopping lists in the next few months? Here’s a roundup of the Forum’s favourites from each of the suppliers.
Amefa
The elegant,18-0 Phoenix cutlery collection is made from at least 80% recycled stainless steel – as well as reducing raw material it takes less energy to manufacture and can be recycled at end of life. In keeping with the Pan-Asian trend the company showed Soprano, stylish cutlery with chopstick-style handles. Along with polished, stonewashed and velvet (sandblasted) cutlery finishes, the company showed new coloured buffet utensils.
Bluestem Group
A new FEA member and first-time Forum exhibitor, Bluestem Group offers a huge range of domestic appliances designed for sites such as hotels for in-room facilities, holiday parks, Airbnbs, and student accommodation. A big talking point with delegates was the new Igenix Instant Hot Water dispenser (IGWDH0322B), which has a capacity of three litres, four temperature settings from 45°C to 99°C, and provides hot water in just 3 seconds.

This year the company is launching over 500 new products, so just a premium selection was on display at the Forum! One of the stars was undoubtedly the Oval Trays – stainless steel and double walled for insulation, their distinctive aesthetics make a statement in any buffet display. Also new are vacuum coffee jugs with a clever lever in the lid allowing them to be operated one-handed. Besides FOH, this year’s launches span all categories, including food and drink handling, pastry and baking, food preparation and tableware... all of which will be covered in a new catalogue for release later this year.
Clifton Food Range
Clifton’s latest sous-vide equipment is the Black Edition range. Its smart matt black finish is ideal for front of house and theatre style kitchens. The company offers an immersion circulator, digital sous vide baths and a sauce bottle warmer – all made in Britain and backed by a two-year warranty. The high precision controller ensures accurate temperature and consistent results while also minimising energy use.
Dalebrook
Manhattan is an innovative buffet system featuring Z stands in black or gold, which can be combined with dishwasher-safe melamine slabs in wood-, concrete-, or marble-effect finishes, as well as versatile, dishwasher-safe polywicker baskets. The company also showcased the latest additions to its Pigment Collection, including oval-shaped melamine bowls designed for cold counters and interchangeable cake stands with cloches, perfectly aligned with current display trends.
Dayes
The company has recently joined FEA, so this was its first appearance at the LET Forum. Under the premium Tala brand, Dayes launched a new woodware collection, ranging from burger boards and pizza paddles to sharing platters and salad bowls. To maximise the life of wood products Dayes offers food safe, odourless mineral oil. The company also displayed a selection from its extensive choice of utensils and stainless-steel bakeware.
Dualit
Marking its 80th year, Dualit showcased the limited-edition, eye-catching Union Jack Classic Toaster, which is still handmade in the UK and highlights the brand’s craftsmanship and sustainability, thanks to easily replaceable parts. The compact, freestanding Cino Milk Steamer impressed with café-quality frothing anywhere, making it ideal for kitchens or offices. Also on show, the Cocoatiser Hot Chocolate Maker & Milk Frother delivered rich, velvety drinks with minimal effort, blending flakes, chunks or powder into barista-level results.
Elia International
In response to customer demand and the continued success of its Classic Teapot with Infuser, Elia International launched its new Classic Coffee Pot. Crafted for versatility, the Coffee Pot features a non-drip spout for a smooth, controlled pour, and a pedestal base that enhances both style and stability. The Coffee Pot is also ideal for serving hot water, making it a perfect addition to afternoon tea. The hollow handles ensure safe and ergonomic use. This latest addition to Elia’s collection combines refined design with everyday functionality. Meanwhile Elia’s new double-walled, condensation-free, conical champagne bucket is made of highly polished stainless steel. Designed to hold two standard wine bottles, and paired with a matching wine cooler stand, this is a striking but practical addition to any setting.
FEM
The Ugolini Icon is a frozen drinks machine – as well as being suitable for things like slushies, it’s ideal for the growing demand for alcoholic beverages, such as frozen daiquiris. The Minigel machine is more premium, and users can easily adjust it to make anything from milk shakes to soft serve ice cream. Both models are inexpensive, easy to use and compact, ideal for operators wanting to try the market. The latest advanced high speed ovens from Pratica use impingement and microwave to deliver superior results. The range includes stackable models and the ovens can hold up to 1,024 recipes, and are quick to both heat up and cool down.
Frilich
The Quintet is a stylish stainless steel, double walled bowl for buffet display, designed to hold five carafes of juices, with a central tube holding crushed ice to maintain temperature. The latest version has a PVD gold plated finish with a grid hammered effect. Also new are double-walled stainless steel bowls with a black grid hammered finish, which are ideal for buffet presentation of products like yoghurt and salad. Meanwhile striking and compact stainless steel dispensers are designed for buffets needing to offer low volume liquids such as alternative milks – oat, soya and the like.
Grunwerg
Grunwerg’s high density chopping boards don’t warp or scratch. For food prep coding they come in six colours and have a new storage rack. Also new are the Ciao plastic and glass cafetières, available in four colours and featuring a contemporary ribbed exterior with viewing panels, as well as the Rotolo range of double-walled cafetières. Stylish roller knife sharpeners with a magnetic base were a show hit, and the company has expanded its Greenworks line with recycled plastic chopping boards.
Lifetime Brands
According to the company, electric blue, sky blue and purple are three key colour trends. The latest MasterClass cast aluminium casserole dishes are available in these two new colour-ways, made from recycled materials and induction-compatible. Other innovations include the La Cafetière Gyro Spinfuser teapot, with a spinning infuser to help infuse loose leaf tea - the spinning motion circulates water, extracting the aroma and creating theatrics. Plus the new La Cafetière Zero cafetière, with a removable base for hassle-free disposal of grounds and easy cleaning. Also on show was a selection from the Jamie Oliver Big Love collection, including sharing platters.
Metcalfe
There’s been a resurgence in demand for the Roband high speed grill, particularly from QSRs looking for new menu ideas and concepts – notably, healthier fast food. The grill cooks very quickly: toast in 35 seconds, smashed burgers in 45 seconds and fat-free fried egg in less than a minute. It can handle all sorts of other foods, too, including squid, mackerel and halloumi. The way it cooks keeps food moist and its compact footprint is ideal for small kitchens and counters.
Mitchell and Cooper
The company has transformed its systems recently to ensure customers get the best service and response times. Amongst their new products is Bonzer Elements, a wooden range with a wide choice of buffet and food presentation products including a striking steak board. Also new are easy to clean heat-proof silicone gloves from Bonzer that can be washed in the sink as easily as washing your hands. Meanwhile the Dito Sama Prep4You combined vegetable slicer and food processor is easy to clean, multifunctional and fast, helping chefs deliver consistent results.
Signature
de Buyer’s Multi-Dough Roller is designed to ensure a smooth, consistent dough – from puff pastry and pizza to sugar paste and fresh pasta. Robust and compact, this high-end tool is designed to suit every chef’s creative style and demands thanks to its easy-to-use wheel adjustment settings. Also new is de Buyer’s latest high-performance pan, Ceranoa. Finished with a sustainable, non-stick ceramic PFAS-free coating, its exceptional glide is perfect for low- and medium-temperature cooking with little or no fat. The Pinti Inox Signature Collection 2025 showcased its popular mirror polished, satin and stonewashed 18/10 stainless steel cutlery collections.
Tablecraft
One litre acrylic carafes were among the stars on the Tablecraft display. Dishwash safe and great looking, they’re ideal for water, have a stopper top and come in three styles. A 7.5 litre acrylic juice dispenser was also on show. Other new products included stainless steel presentation bowls with a gold PVD coating; ice lip water jugs; glazed, durable wood-effect melamine platters; and acacia wood serving boards with a black edge that can be written on with chalk. New high heat oven gloves, in 13” and 18” sizes, can handle up to 500°C.
Thunder Group
Seaside is a new range of light blue melamine tableware with a brown rim, featuring a wide range of bowls and plates, both round and rectangular. Its companion range is the Victoria collection, available in white with a green rim. The company also showed a selection of its pizza products, such as paddles, screens, trays and dough boxes, as well as its waste bins, available in four colours, with dollys to help move them around. Its biggest sellers remain its GN1/1 pans, tongs and stainless steel sauce pots.
Zodiac
The latest versions of Zodiac’s dry heat chafers feature digital controls that allow the user to set the temperature and then lock it. Heating up in just 15 minutes, as well as being very energy efficient, they don’t need topping up with water, so they’re a cinch to operate and simple to clean. Two sizes are available, 1/1GN and 2/3 GN. Also new is a silicone heat mat, which is simply plugged in and has a range of 60-100°C. It rolls up for easy transport and storage and comes with a convenient carry bag, making it ideal for event catering.
