FEA: BEIS Guidance - End of easement guidance & FAQs (Supplier Declarations)
The attached guidance & FAQs on the end of Rules of Origin (RoO) easements for stakeholders, focused on supplier declarations.
Note: this is usually required where there is no change of tariff heading of the value of materials are over the rules of origin limit. There has been an ongoing easement on the need for supplier declarations to be held when making a statement on the origin that expires on 31 December 2021.
