CFSP June Course

Event Details
  • Start Date: 28.06.2021 - End Date: 30.06.2021

The Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP) is an industry recognised qualification delivered by the FEA, tailored to enhance the learning and development of foodservice equipment professionals.

Why enrol?

Whether you have been in the industry for many years or you're just starting out, CFSP empowers delegates with a broad knowledge base, enhancing understanding of the wider market and its composite parts from foodservice facility design to light equipment.

Who is it for?

CFSP is tailored for individuals working in sales and marketing, and service roles within manufacturers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, UK agents and authorised representatives involved in the supply of foodservice and hospitality related products and services.

Time is precious, how does it work?

Delegates are supplied with a study guide, Introduction to Foodservice, in both print and digital format, on which the exam is based. We recommend at least four to six weeks study time. Each chapter culminates in a set of questions to aid study.

The seminar and exam take place over three days. Day one and two consolidates the course learnings and prepares delegates for the exam. The three-hour exam then follows in the morning of day three, delegates are free to leave once they have completed the paper.

The exam comprises a mixture of multiple choice, single word or phrase answers, and true or false questions. The CFSP programme covers a broad spectrum of industry subject matter with chapters including: channels of distribution, facility design, utilities, ventilation, hygiene, the food production process, cooking equipment, refrigeration, warewashing and more...

Join us in June

Our next CFSP seminar is taking place on 28-29 June via Zoom, with the exam taking place socially distanced, venue TBD on 30th June 2021.
