Catertherm came on board as a FEA member recently and kindly answered a few questions to help us get to know them. Please read on to find out a bit more about them.
Tell us about your business and why you got started?
Catertherm was born out of another manufacturer which specialised in heating elements and pneumatic components, so from the beginning we knew about the demanding environment catering equipment works in. We identified a niche in progressive and forward thinking food display and foodservice equipment. We offer innovative equipment and novel ideas to elevate the customers hospitality areas.
Tell us how your company supports the foodservice industry?
We have a collaborative approach with everyone we work with. This means whether it’s designers, consultants, dealers, installers or even the end-user, we adapt and change to what they need from us. That’s why everyone keeps coming back to us if they want something special.
What do you see is the biggest challenge for the industry right now?
We can see customers want more for their money, it’s about value, but not about being cheap. That’s why we offer unique product features whilst also having extended warranty and support on all our products.
What prompted you to join the FEA?
We saw the value in working closely with others in the industry who wish to advance it and make it better.
Anything else you’d like to add?
We love to meet our customers and others in the industry. We’re always keen on product demonstrations, catch ups and collaborations to bring news ideas to life.
