FEA announces affordable entry point for HRC 2026 with cost saving for its members
What is the FEA Member Spotlight Zone?
We have teamed up with HRC to offer FEA members affordable entry point spotlight shell schemes to make the most of HRC. The FEA Member Spotlight Zone is formed of multiple 2x2 (4msq) shell schemes ideal for hosting meetings and introducing prospective clients to you and your brand. If you haven’t experienced HRC before it will provide the perfect opportunity to be part of the UK's leading trade event for hospitality and foodservice.
What’s the benefit to FEA members?
FEA members will save over £850 booking by Friday 6th February 2026 as part of the FEA Member Spotlight Zone.
What you might be considering
- Expanding the size of your shell scheme: if you wish to make the most of the FEA Member Spotlight Zone by increasing the size of your display area then please let us know and we will liaise with HRC. This will be at an additional cost.
- Stand furniture: there is no stand furniture included as part of this package. Adding stand furniture will be at an additional cost and is booked via the HRC online Exhbitor Zone. The HRC Operations Team will aid you with your booking.
- Stand Branding: the branding of your shell scheme is the responsibility of the exhibitor and is not covered as part of the FEA package price.

- Friday 6th February – FEA Member Spotlight Zone Confirmation Deadline
- Friday 20th February – Discount Rate on Shell Scheme Extras Ends
- Tuesday 24th February – Discount Rate on Electrical Orders Ends
- Sunday 29th March – Stand set up
- 30th March to 1st April – HRC 2026, Excel London

Please note that once your booking is confirmed, all HRC logistics and operational requirements will be managed by HRC and not the FEA.
